Ingredients
- 1 French bread baguette, sliced ¼” thick
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 c pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 c finely chopped pistachios
- 2 oz dark chocolate candy bar, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Arrange the slices on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bread slices with melted butter. Bake until they are lightly toasted, approximately 4-6 minutes.
- Remove the bread slices from the pan to a wire rack and allow to cool.
- Whisk the cream cheese, orange juice and honey until blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over top of the toast points.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, pistachios and dark chocolate.
