Bunny Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 5 chilled canned pear halves
  • 10 raisins
  • 5 red cinnamon candies
  • 10 sliced almonds
  • ¾ cup canned whipped cream (dollops)

Instructions

  1. Place each lettuce leaf in a circle on a salad plate. Place 1 pear half, cut side down, on each lettuce leaf.
  2. Arrange 2 raisins for the eyes, 1 candy for the nose and 2 almonds for the ears on narrow end of each pear half to make the rabbit face.
  3. Place 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream at opposite end of each pear half for the tail.
