Ingredients
- 1 (20-count) package of 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1 jar fig preserves
- 5 c shredded Havarti cheese
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 3 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon chopped pecans
- Cooking spray, as needed
Instructions
- Set a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- To assemble, take one flour tortilla, spread fig preserves over top, and top with ½ cup of the Havarti cheese, ¼ cup shredded chicken and 1 teaspoon chopped pecans.
- Top with a second flour tortilla to seal the quesadilla. Spray both sides of the tortilla lightly with cooking spray and place in the heated sauté pan.
- Cook until the tortilla is lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Flip over and continue to cook until both sides are lightly browned, and the cheese has melted.
- Remove the quesadilla from the pan and place on a cutting board. Cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces to serve. Continue making quesadillas with the remaining ingredients.
