Crockpot Beer Brats

Ingredients

  • 3 (12-ounce) bottles beer
  • 10 bratwursts
  • 1-2 sweet onions, sliced
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Brown the brats and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Top the brats with onion slices, garlic, salt, pepper, and butter.
  3. Pour in the beer and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Enjoy with your favorite brat toppings!
