Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 lb red and/or green seedless grapes, washed, and de-stemmed
  • 1/2 c brown sugar, for garnish
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk to combine the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the grapes and mix lightly until they are coated in the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Top with brown sugar and pecans (if using) right before serving.
