Ingredients
- 2 c rolled oats
- 1/4 c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c chia seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
- Roll dough into 14 equal-sized balls and then gently roll in the chia seeds.
- Arrange balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
