  • 1/4 c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
  2. Roll dough into 14 equal-sized balls and then gently roll in the chia seeds.
  3. Arrange balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
