Ingredients
- 2 c chopped pecans
- 2 c Rice Chex cereal
- 2 c pretzels, broken up into pieces
- 2 c vanilla almond bark or 1 - 11oz bag of Ghirardelli Classic white chips
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place chopped pecans on the lined baking sheet and toss them with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Spread the buttered pecans out evenly and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove pecans from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes for transferring to a large bowl.
- Add Rice Chex and pretzels to the bowl with the pecans.
- Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter into the bowl and toss evenly to coat the mixture.
- Transfer the buttery mixture back onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly before returning to the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set aside while you melt the almond bark or white chocolate chips according to package instructions.
- Drizzle the melted bark or white chocolate over the nut mixture and toss to coat evenly. Set the mixture aside to cool completely.
- Break the cooled mixture up before serving or packaging to give away.
