Blueberry Crumble Pie

Ingredients

Pie

  • 6 c fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pie crust

Crumble

  • 1/2 c unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Toss together all pie ingredients and place in pie crust.
  2. Mix together crumble ingredients and pour over pie, spreading out over the blueberries but leaving the edge of the blueberries showing.
  3. Bake at 375 for 20 minites and reduce heat to 350 for 30-40 min until filling is bubbling.
