Ingredients
Caesar dressing
- 1/2 c Duke's mayonnaise
- 1/8 c grated Parmesan cheese, hand-shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
Wraps
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- Caesar dressing
- 4 c (about 1 head) romaine lettuce, hand-shredded
- 2 c rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, hand-shredded
Instructions
Caesar Dressing
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Wraps
- Arrange tortillas on a flat surface. Top each with two tablespoons of Caesar dressing.
- Spread one cup of lettuce on each tortilla, then top with ½ cup of chicken, followed by ⅛ cup of cheese.
- Roll each wrap up burrito style.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, slice in half on the diagonal and serve with additional dressing.
