Mock Devonshire Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a chilled bowl, beat the cream until medium stiff peaks form, adding sugar during the last few minutes of beating.
  2. Fold in the sour cream and blend.
