Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices
- 2 sweet onions, diced (about 4 cups)
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 teaspoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Sauté the onion in hot drippings over medium heat for 6 minutes or until translucent.
- Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in the cream cheese and the next 5 ingredients.
- Spread into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Garnish, if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers and crudités.
