Treat for a Rainy Day

Instructions

1. Generously spread a saltine with peanut butter.
2. Place an upright marshmallow on the peanut butter and place on a baking sheet.
3. Broil marshmallow 3 to 4 inches away from the heat source.
4. Cook until golden brown, which should take a minute or two. (Keep a constant eye on the marshmallows - don't walk away!)
5. Remove from heat and drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.
